What is Grad Night?
Grad Night is a San Mateo High School tradition held immediately after the graduation ceremony. It's a celebration for the students: a time to share memories and celebrate all their classmates one last time. For the parents, the goal is to create a FUN and SAFE Graduation Party.
Who Plans Grad Night?
We, the parents, plan this party for our seniors. We choose the theme, site, games, activities, food, entertainment--whatever we think they will enjoy.
When and What Time is Grad Night?
Grad Night begins immediately following Graduation, Thursday May 28, 2015. The Grad Night Party will be approximately 5 hours long.

Lowest in Years
Because we exceeded the Fundraising Goal of $15,000, Grad Night tickets are only $60 per student. Tickets are on sale now until Wed. May 20 at lunchtime in the Quad outside the Leadership Room. Students must bring their waiver, cash/check and picture ID.

Thirteen teams of golfers enjoyed a sunny day on the links during our final major fundraiser, the 2nd Annual Bearcat Golf Classic on Monday March 30 at Poplar Creek Golf Course. Thank you for supporting the SMHS Golf Team and Grad Night!
The International Food Fair on March 24 was a terrific night of scrumptious food and delightful entertainment. Check back for Photos from the event.
The E-Waste Recycling Event on January 31 was a huge success. Many thanks to our Parent and Student Volunteers. You all worked hard!
GRAD NIGHT MEETING
The last Grad Night Planning Meeting was held Monday May 11. Our Ticket, Chaperone, and Transportation Committees are busily finalizing the details to ensure a fun and safe evening for our students!
